Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
- How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Pay by credit card, wire transfer, convenience store payment, and PAYPAL.
Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB
In the case of wire transfers, you order will be processed and prepared for shipment after wire transfer has been confirmed.
The order will be canceled if payment has not been issued within a week.
※ The customer will be responsible for paying the wire transfer fees.
※ Please make sure the wire transfer is made in your name.
※ For wire transfers in another’s name, please contact customer service.

■ Changing payment methods
If you wish to change your method of payment after the order has been confirmed, please cancel your order. Since you will need to re-order, please review your order carefully before making your purchase. The process of changing or canceling your orders may be inconvenient, but please contact the customer service center. Also in MYPAGE, you can check that that status of your order is “Shipping”, but it may not be possible to cancel your order while it is shipping. We ask for your understanding.

■ Shipping information
Our products are usually shipped by 〇〇〇, but some of our products may be shipped by other shipping companies. Since we ship from overseas, please check the product information (EX: color, size, precautions) before placing your order.
After payment has been confirmed, goods are normally shipped and delivered within 7 ~ 10 business days.
Delivery may take longer depending on the availability of the product and road conditions.
-Shipping companies close on Saturday, Sunday, and national Korean holidays.
-Orders placed before holidays may take longer than usual to be delivered.
If you have not received your order after 2 weeks have passed, please contact customer service.
■ Shipping Information
Shipping is free for purchases of $50 or more.
For purchases below $50 , a shipping fee of $5 yen will be charged.

■Specific Delivery Dates
Requesting specific delivery dates for overseas shipping is not possible.
If you are absent on the date of delivery, the shipping company will send you an Attempted Delivery Notice.
Please make a request for re-delivery following the instructions on the Attempted Delivery Notice while your order is being held for 7 days at the shipping company. Be advised that a re-delivery fee will be charged after the 7-day holding period expires.
If the Attempted Delivery Notice has not been posted or the order is listed as being delivered, but you have not in fact received it, please contact the shipping company responsible for your delivery.
If you are receiving your product from a shipping company other than 〇〇〇, the tracking number will be issued after the product arrives in Japan and clears customs.
If the product has not arrived for over 30 days due to the customer’s absence, the product will be returned to High Loop.
For products returned for the following reasons, we charge for the initial delivery, return shipping, and handling fees.
1.Product is returned to High Loop due to customer’s refusal to accept the product or extended absence on the part of the customer
2.Product is not collected during the holding period at the shipping company
3.Product is returned due to an unknown address supplied by the customer
Fees for canceling a return order
For purchases that exceed $5 (including taxes): [Product price] – [Round-trip shipping fee + Customs and fees when returning a product]
For purchases below $5 (including taxes): [Product price + Shipping fee] – [Round-trip shipping fee + Customs and fees when returning a product]
※The round-trip shipping fee is $25 yen
Also, if the actual round-trip shipping fee is above $25 yen, the customer shall pay $25.
Orders refused or returned without prior notice are difficult to process. In those cases, the cost of the product, shipping fees, and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

■Return and Exchange Process
1. If you notice any damage or defect to the product, please inform customer service 14 days within date of delivery.
Please present your inquiry after specifying the following information.
[Name / Order number / Product code / Product name / Number of products / Reasons for return or exchange of product / Tracking number]
※ If you are returning or exchanging the product due to a mistake on our part, please provide a picture to verify the condition of the product.
2. When you are returning or exchanging the product, please ship the product to the address designated by the customer service center within 3 business days outlined in the guide for returns.
Please make sure to fill in the following information on the Statement of Return slip when you are returning a product.

Also, please fill out the product and details section, including the original tracking number when the order was shipped out to you. If there is no space to write, the box is acceptable as well.
3. After the product is returned to High Loop, we will check its condition and get in touch with you.
※ Be advised overseas shipping will take around one month.
■ Shipping Fees for Returning Products
1. For returns and exchanges due to differences in product from the posted image and other personal reasons, please pre-pay postage and shipping fees. If you returned the product as cash on delivery, we will deduct postage/shipping fees from you refund.
2. Returns or exchanges due to our mistake
Please make a cash on delivery return as we will pay for shipping.
There are some shipping companies that do not offer COD shipping.
In this case, please pay for return shipping and we will reimburse you.
If no damage or defect is found on the returned product after inspection, the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
■ Unacceptable Reasons for Return and Exchange
Except in cases where High Loop is at fault, we do not accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons.
14 days after delivery of product
Product that has been used at least once
Products that show signs of use or give off the smell of cigarettes or perfume
※ Be advised, if upon inspection of the returned product, one of the above applies, the product will be returned to the customer and the round-trip shipping fee, re-shipping fee, and handling fee will be borne by the customer.
■Notes on returns and exchanges
※ Once the return period has ended, returns will not be accepted for no reason whatsoever.
※ If the product you want to exchange for is not in stock, the exchange and refund process begins, regardless of reason for exchange.
*This also applies to exchanges due to mistakes made by High Loop
※ High Loop is not responsible for the loss of return products during return return to the company.
※ In the case of returns due to personal reasons or circumstances, the customer must pay for shipping. We will deduct $25 from you refund to cover round-trip shipping fees and customs fees.
※ Products purchased at the offline store cannot be returned or exchanged at the customer service center. Please direct inquiries to the store of purchase.
※ When returning products, we will designate the shipping company and return address. After requesting a return, please wait until you receive a notice from the customer service center first.
※ Please keep the return shipping slip until your return has been processed.
Notes on refunds
In the case of returns and exchanges due to personal reasons or circumstances, the customer is responsible for the shipping and transfer fees. In the case of returns due to mistakes by High Loop (shipping mistakes or defective products), we will pay for all expenses. After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will provide a refund according to the method of payment used to purchase the product. Please be advised that a full refund will take about a month to process.

▶ When using a credit card
Refunds will be made through the company of the credit card used at purchase. Please be advised that due to the deadline by the credit card company, it may take about a month to receive your full refund.

▶ Wire transfers
If you paid via a wire transfer, we will refund you via wire transfer or give you online store credit you can use on the website.
If you wish to receive a direct refund to your personal bank account, you must contact customer service with the following information within 30 days of the date of purchase. For returns and exchanges due to a change of heart, you are responsible for paying the transfer fee ($0.4).

※ Please be advised that refunds in the case of cancellation or change of orders and wire transfers, or if you overpaid due to a wire transfer error and there is a gap between the order price and purchase price, we will refund you a refund on the wire transfer(transfer fee of $0.4 yen) or give you online store credit.
※ Refunds cannot be made in a method different from the one used to purchase the product. If you fail to cancel a part of the credit card payment, pay for it again and we will cancel the total amount you paid at the time of purchase.
※ We will send an email notice if we are out of stock or expect long product delaysd. However, please be advised that if there is no reply, your order will be automatically canceled.
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”
Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
