■ Changing payment methods
If you wish to change your method of payment after the order has been confirmed, please cancel your order. Since you will need to re-order, please review your order carefully before making your purchase. The process of changing or canceling your orders may be inconvenient, but please contact the customer service center. Also in MYPAGE, you can check that that status of your order is “Shipping”, but it may not be possible to cancel your order while it is shipping. We ask for your understanding.
■Return and Exchange Process
1. If you notice any damage or defect to the product, please inform customer service 14 days within date of delivery.
Please present your inquiry after specifying the following information.
[Name / Order number / Product code / Product name / Number of products / Reasons for return or exchange of product / Tracking number]
※ If you are returning or exchanging the product due to a mistake on our part, please provide a picture to verify the condition of the product.
2. When you are returning or exchanging the product, please ship the product to the address designated by the customer service center within 3 business days outlined in the guide for returns.
Please make sure to fill in the following information on the Statement of Return slip when you are returning a product.

Also, please fill out the product and details section, including the original tracking number when the order was shipped out to you. If there is no space to write, the box is acceptable as well.
3. After the product is returned to High Loop, we will check its condition and get in touch with you.
※ Be advised overseas shipping will take around one month.
■ Shipping Fees for Returning Products
1. For returns and exchanges due to differences in product from the posted image and other personal reasons, please pre-pay postage and shipping fees. If you returned the product as cash on delivery, we will deduct postage/shipping fees from you refund.
2. Returns or exchanges due to our mistake
Please make a cash on delivery return as we will pay for shipping.
There are some shipping companies that do not offer COD shipping.
In this case, please pay for return shipping and we will reimburse you.
If no damage or defect is found on the returned product after inspection, the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
■ Unacceptable Reasons for Return and Exchange
Except in cases where High Loop is at fault, we do not accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons.
14 days after delivery of product
Product that has been used at least once
Products that show signs of use or give off the smell of cigarettes or perfume
※ Be advised, if upon inspection of the returned product, one of the above applies, the product will be returned to the customer and the round-trip shipping fee, re-shipping fee, and handling fee will be borne by the customer.
■Notes on returns and exchanges
※ Once the return period has ended, returns will not be accepted for no reason whatsoever.
※ If the product you want to exchange for is not in stock, the exchange and refund process begins, regardless of reason for exchange.

※ High Loop is not responsible for the loss of return products during return return to the company.
※ In the case of returns due to personal reasons or circumstances, the customer must pay for shipping. We will deduct $25 from you refund to cover round-trip shipping fees and customs fees.
※ Products purchased at the offline store cannot be returned or exchanged at the customer service center. Please direct inquiries to the store of purchase.
※ When returning products, we will designate the shipping company and return address. After requesting a return, please wait until you receive a notice from the customer service center first.
※ Please keep the return shipping slip until your return has been processed.
